Important shipping info for all orders

All our products are made fresh by our in house team of South African master butchers. To ensure the freshness and quality of your items, we have an agreement in place with our butchers that fresh stock is produced ready for a dedicated weekly shipping day - therefore we ship all orders on a Monday. 
This means that dependant on when you place your order, it could take up to 1 week to receive your items. In most circumstances, this may be a lot quicker depending on stock levels at the time. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding of this process as this is to ensure quality and freshness
